Hi I've been in both, the ground villas are quieter , in the main building because is wood built, you can feel everyone steps, in terms of cleaningness (sorry my writen english) is the same, no one clean in the days you're there, and bring real kill , raid and off!!!!, having said that the only thing I like about the culebra beach villas is location location location, and nothing else, believe me
A bad day at the beach beats the hell out a good day at the job
