anyone still offer this on a regular basis? LMM to Culbera. Used to do this with isla Nena and it was worth avoidoing the extra travel time getting to isla Grande and waiting for puddlejumper schedule.

Yeah, it's still done. Not nearly as many offerings as Isla Grande, though. And it's probably 50% more expensive, approx.

Contact the airlines to find out the latest schedule.

Last time I flew from Culebra to SJU (LMM), a few months ago, I was the only passenger on the plane.

which airlines? Air Flamenco? Is Isla Nena still around? Does VAL still serve Culebra?

Luis Munoz Marin, first governor of PR, this is the name of the airport in San Juan, but the real code is SJU.

Hola! The first governor of Puerto Rico was Juan Ponce de Leon in 1508. Same guy who was searching for the fountain of youth in Florida. Luis Munoz Marin was the first democratically elected Governor of Puerto Rico in 1949 and considered one of the most important 20th century political figures in the Americas. He was governor for 16 years. Many good books about PR, be sure to visit any museums if you are in the San Juan area. Good info about the history and culture of our island. Culebra has a museum too!
