My daughter and I stayed in studio #4 over Easter. It was very clean, but basic. No rats, no chicken poop as others have described. Being so close to the ocean was perfect. I don't think you can find that proximity to the beach anywhere else on the island.
#8 and #15 looked fine from the outside.
We loved staying at Culebra Beach Villas. In fact, we are returning over the Christmas holidays with with our whole family. We've booked a three bedroom there. You just can't beat the location.
You are very lucky to be coming to Culebra.
