This extreme high tide event should begin to subside tomorrow, Friday after 2PM when the tides have reached their peak and conditions at sea get better. The forecast for Easter Sunday are scattered showers, temperature of 83. Waves will be between 4-6 feet high for that day, take precautions if you are in an inflatable boat or are out snorkeling. It should be quite lovely as showers do not last very long because of the trade winds so, yes I would definitely recommend going ahead with your plans to Culebra. Be sure to check local forecast, wapa.tv , click on "El Tiempo". Happy travels! J
