It's not a raised floor.

When I was there, they were doing minimal work on the showers. They did a patch in the concrete floor. They weren't working on the plumbing that I could see.

Maybe there wasn't much that needs to be done to get everything operational, but I got the feeling that it's going to be awhile. Also, Jose in the office seemed to think that, too.

I bet they're trying to get it ready by Easter.
