Isla Nena weight Limit and Publico Hours of Operation

Hopefully this isn't a duplicate posting, my last one didn't show.

I am flying to Culebra on Saturday 1/12 and planning to camp. Not sure what the actual weight limit is, will I have a problem with gear and 3 days worth of beach clothes?

Also, I was planning on staying at the Beach Villas at Flamenco but am wary that the publico will not run late if I go to town for dinner. Should I rent a Jeep or stay on the other side instead? If so, I was looking at Villa Boheme, any feedback?
