Mr. Rico,

when you told Maritza, what did you expect her to do? I think she was trying to take care of your problem, which, as you might see by previous posts, is not really a problem, but 'natural' in Culebra and the tropics in general. A lot of people would have just told you, well that's the way it is down here - no?
