ferry from fajardo to culebra

You aren't kidding that sometimes the fajardo ferry office doesn't answer. Have been calling all day. Various different times are posted on different sites and we were hoping to go tomorrow. Anyone got the latest info?

Just show up a couple of hours before. There are not so many people here now, after New Years. You should be able to come over.

The ferries from Fajardo come to Culebra at 9am, 3pm, & 7pm (passenger). The office opens about an hour before for tix sales. I have yet to know of someone that has been sucessful phoning & making reservations. The ferries have been quite full the last few days & we had some guests that ened up flying standby (& got on) as they were there one hour before & the tix were sold out. Having said that, we've also picked up a couple of people from the 7pm boat & there "seems" to have been space.

Is it possible to get tickets in person the night before?

We're staying in Fajardo next Tuesday night and plan to take the 9:00am ferry on Weds.

There are seven of us, so it's pretty important that we all get tickets together.

We could stop by the ferry office before the last Tuesday ferry leaves, just to buy our tickets for the next morning.

Will they sell them to us in advance like that?
