My wife and I enjoyed El Caobo located in the neighborhood behind the new school. It was recommended to us by people who regularly visit Culebra and I'm glad they turned us on to it. The people are friendly and seem to have a genuine interest in making sure you're happy. What more can you ask.
If you're looking for elegance or decor - forget about it. But if you want something fun, try El Caobo.

409-0872 and they're open Monday to Saturday 4 to 10 PM
