-General description and use. Three separate, though adjacent, units sleep 2-4 each. Cots for additional guests.

- Location: On the north side of town, across from the old school. On the Ensenada Honda (deep harbor).

-Accommodations: Secure, clean, comfortable. All units have private entrances and bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans, a kitchen or kitchenette, hot showers and sinks, and satellite TV. Free DVD available. Dishwasher in Grande. Bathtub in Estudio.

-Beds. Pequeño unit: one queen bed sleeps two. Estudio unit: convertible king/twin beds and a futon sleep four. Grande unit: king bed in bedroom and futon in living room sleeps four. Cots for additional guests. Bedside reading lights.

-Electronic Conveniences: Telephone, hi-speed Internet access, email, fax, copier.

-Beach Accessories: towels and coolers.

-Safety. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, flashlights, first-aid kit. Nonsmoking inside.

About Culebra Island

-Culebra is midway between Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. A U.S. passport is not required.

-Culebra is a small, undeveloped, low-crime island, with casual and friendly people, uncrowded sandy beaches, excellent scuba and snorkeling, and good sport fishing.

-The island is hilly, and has a tropical-arid climate. There are miles of roads and trails for biking and hiking. A third of Culebra is a National wildlife refuge, with many varieties of birds, fish, and turtles. Culebra is well known for its turtle nesting watch tours.

Directions
Two blocks from the ferry dock. Follow others into town. After two short blocks, veer left at the empty white building. Go a block, veer left. Casa Ensenada is the third building on the right.
Four blocks from the airport. Go left at the airport entrance. Go a block to the end of the street. Veer right. Go three blocks along the harbor to Casa Ensenada.

Canceled more than 6 weeks before rental ........................100% refund (see notes)

Canceled 6 to 1 week before rental..............100% - 0% refund, prorated (see notes)

Canceled less than 1 week before rental..........................…....No refund (see notes)

Notes:

1. Cancellations include portions of rental periods, no-shows, and early checkouts.
2. Refunds for cancellations made in the "6 - 1 week" time are prorated based on when the cancellation is made, from 100% at 6 weeks to 0% at 1 week.
3. Fees for rentals canceled less than 6 weeks before (or during) the rental period are refunded if the unit is re-rented. The amount refunded is prorated based on the number of days re-rented.
4. A $25 handling fee is charged on all cancellations.
5. Refund percentages apply to the total rental fee

Check- in and check- out times

Check-in time is 11:00 AM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. There may be flexibility in this, depending on the bookings for preceding and subsequent rentals. Renter must have written approval for deviations.
